BARANGAY RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE AUGMENTATION OF


INSUFFICIENT APPROPRIATION OF THE MOOE (SUPPORT FOR CULTURAL
ACTIVITIES) IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BARANGAY
UNION.

WHEREAS, Hon. Renato A. Agcaoili, Committee Chairman on Appropriation has move for the
augmentation of an item in the MOOE Internet Subscription Expense fund in the amount of Php
10,000.00 as additional fund to Support for Cultural activities wit;

AUGMENTATION OF FUND
MOOE FUND
A. FROM ( 5-02-05-030) Internet Subscription Expense P 10,000.00
TO ( 5-02-99-990) Support for Cultural Activities P 10,000.00

WHEREAS, the utilization of funds in a manner that deviates from the sanctioned terms or intended
purpose.
WHEREAS, the body found the request justified and in order;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve and adopt the augmentation of an item in
the MOOE Fund;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to serve copies of this resolution to the office of the Municipal Accountant
and other offices concerned for their information and coordination
