Problem statement 1

A descriptive study to assess knowledge and attitude of B.sc nursing students regarding
prevention of pressure ulcers in selected nursing colleges of Delhi.
Objectives:
1. To assess the knowledge among BSc nursing students regarding prevention of
pressure ulcers in selected nursing collages of Delhi.
2. To assess the attitude of BSc nursing students regarding prevention of pressure ulcers
in selected nursing colleges of Delhi.
3. To find out the association between knowledge score regarding prevention of pressure
ulcer with their selected demographic variables
4. To find out the association between attitude score regarding prevention of pressure
ulcer with their selected demographic variables

Problem statement 2
A descriptive study to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice towards insulin self-
administration and associated factors among diabetic patients at selected
hospital of Delhi.
Objectives:
1. To assess the knowledge regarding insulin self-administration and associated factors
among diabetic patients at selected hospitals of Delhi.
2. To assess the attitude towards insulin self-administration and associated factors
among diabetic patients at selected hospitals of Delhi.

Problem statement 3
A cross sectional study to assess the breast cancer knowledge and barriers to screening
among female employees in selected university of Delhi

Objectives:

1. To assess the breast cancer knowledge among female employees of selected


university of Delhi.
2. To assess the barriers to screening among female employees of selected university of
Delhi.
3. To determine the association between the knowledge score and selected socio
demographic variables.

A Quasi-Experimental study to assess the knowledge level of pregnant females
regarding the antenatal visits during pregnancy in selected hospitals of Delhi.

Objectives:

1. To assess the knowledge level of pregnant females regarding the antenatal visits

A descriptive study to asses the knowledge and practice of nursing students regarding
handling and disposal of sharp items in a selected hospital of Delhi.

Objectives:

1. To assess the current level of knowledge among nursing students regarding the safe
handling and disposal of sharp items in selected hospitals of Delhi
2. To assess the practical skill of nursing students in correctly handling and disposing of
sharp items in selected hospitals of Delhi
3. To correlate the finding of knowledge and practices regarding handling and disposal
of sharp items in selected hospitals of Delhi.
