Perform three (3) physical activities in daily life routine for a healthy lifesyle in order to be physically
fit and mentally healthy to survive life in doing the daily tasks or accomplish one’s job. You will also
GOAL have to create a video of yourself narrating who you are and your plans in life to achieve the future career
you are dreaming of.
Health plays a major role not only in our personal well-being and in order for you to be physically fit and
SITUATION mentally healthy to survive life while living your present and preparing for your future. Nowadays,
exercise is essential in your life to have a healthy lifestyle to avoid diseases and illnesses like severe
fever, cough and cold. As a health and enthusiast individual, you have to execute the proper way of
exercise.
PRODUCT A minimun of 2 and maximum of 3-minute video of yourself performing any physical activities in your
daily life routine and post it in your Facebook account. And another video showing your whole body
wearing formal attire with the career you want to pursue in the future. Make sure to add a voice over in
sharing your thoughts on your desire of that profession. Tag your subject teacher.
