Welcome to Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, being your tour
of 'Exotic Kashmir'.Today after having breakfast we drive to visit the famous Mughal
gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure),
Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love).
These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of
the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest
terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with
fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces.You will be transferred to. a
romantic 'shikara ride on Dal Lake. Night stay at Hotel in Srinagar.
Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’
Sonmarg. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer
fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in
snow and ice (by your own payment). Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening
and enjoy a comfortable Stay.
We proceed to Gulmarg (60 kms/2hrs drive) the scenic tour destination in Kashmir,
primarily famous for its ski slopes and natural 18 holes golf course, which is also
the highest golf course in the world. Enjoy the splendour of nature and the snowy
mountains. One can have a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Kungdoor &
Marry Shoulder. In the evening drive back to Srinagar and enjoy an overnight stay
at the Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar - Pahalgam Sightseeing
After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, checkout and transfer on wheel to Pahalgam
(90 Kms/2hrs) a lovely tourist spot in Kashmir also addressed as Valley of
Shepherds. Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields,
Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulphur spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place
for the Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the natural charm of the valley. Pahalgam is also
famous for its alpine treks, nature walk and is also the central point of Amaranth
Yatra. Night stay in pahalgam.
Early in the morning leave for Pahalgam the Aru Valley ,Betaab Valley originally called Hajan
Valley or Hagan Valley is situated at a distance of 15 km from Pahalgam in Anantnag district in
India's union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The valley got its name from the Sunny
Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab.Chandanwari, Chandanwari (own cost ) is the starting
point of the Amarnath yatra for those on foot or horse-back. However, it is also a very famous
tourist attraction for its snow that drops to Srinagar.overnight stay in Srinagar.
After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with memorable

Inclusion
During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before

● Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political
Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. To Be Borne By The Guest.
● Anything Which Is Not Included In The Inclusion.

Ø Check In & Check out Time is as per Hotel Policies (Early check-in is
Subject to Availability and might extract Extra Cost as per hotel policy)
Ø Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels and meals served as
per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Ala-Carte.
For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
Ø In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc. cannot be matched to
developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorised on the basis of location, Services
and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Ø Guests can avail only those services that are mentioned in the confirmation voucher. Any
Addons, Changes/Upgrades in arrangements, Pick up/Drop other than the stated location will
be based on additional expenses.
Ø Transfers must be followed as per the instructed time of the transporters. In case, customers
miss their respective transportation services, alternative arrangements will attract an extra cost.
Ø Trippacx will not be reliable for any changes made by Third PartyProviders i.e.
Transportation, Hoteliers etc.
Ø Trippacx shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical faults, Heavy Traffic Jam or
unforeseen situations. In "Unforeseen" scenarios extra cost may also be levied over the
customers.

entertained & the company shall incur the liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
Ø The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities
(such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of
check out or at the same time.
Ø We are not authorised to go against the rules and regulations of the hotel/Resort in case
such a thing happens from your side then the guest is the only one who is responsible for their
activities and they have to meet the terms and conditions of the hotel rules and regulation.
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY
Ø 50 % of the total package, the cost must be deposited as an advance in our company's
account to confirm the package.
Ø Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
Ø Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important
information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
Ø There is no contract between Trippacx . And the client until the company has received an
initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
Ø In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date
because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons,
nonpayment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges
from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Ø Advance amount 40% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days
of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Ø The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic
status of the market as per the Government policy.
Ø Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Ø Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or
alternative services.
Ø Trippacx . has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 40%
of the total tour Package Cost.
Amendment Policy (PREPONE & POSTPONE)
Ø In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to
kindly reach us 15 days prior to the journey date via email.
Ø The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if
intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preponing the second
time will attract additional charges.
Ø Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply to
postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases
postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
Ø In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to
availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
Ø We do not accept any changes in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare
cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be
intimated to you beforehand.
Ø The validity to utilise your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from
the date of an advance payment.
Ø The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can
pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your
booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
