Scenario: You are a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) degree,
and you are looking for a job. You saw a job posting from Indeed that Richfund
International Co. Ltd.is looking for an Accounting Staff in a branch in Makati City—the
perfect job opportunity you are looking for.

Your Task:

Full job description: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Full-time Job)

Requirements:

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accounting and related Finance courses


(*Required)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in accounting is preferred.
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets
• Willing to travel to banks and clients for collection.
• Attentive to details, filing and record keeping tasks.
• Accuracy in data entry and word processing
• Well organized and with great time management skills
• Trust-worthy and has ethical integrity in handling confidential information.
• On-site reporting

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate bank transactions, collection and countering invoices.


• Summarize reimbursements and liquidations.
• Assist in preparing weekly Sales Invoices and summary of deliveries monthly.
• Monitoring sales and receivables from clients.
• Assist in preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual BIR filings.
• Salary: Php 22,000 gross per month depending on experience *salary increase
depending on performance review
