General Terms and Conditions

Quotation provided will be valid,if approved within 15 days of submission

Payment Terms : Full(100%) payment to be made at Loading point by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS/CreditCard/DebitCard/Online/Any UPI app like Paytm,GPay etc.

Additional charges like Green Tax,Octroi,Entry tax,Mathadi(Union labor charges, if applicable) to be paid at the destination by the customer

Transit time :

a) For user household goods transportation 300 kms per day(excluding the pickip and delivery day)

b) For car transportation 250 kms per day(excluding the pickup and delivery day)

c) Minimum 15 litres petrol/Diesel should be available in the car for run up to the ramp point and ramp point to door at the destination

d) In case of Car/Bike transportation RC and valid insurance copy must be given prior to dispatch

e) No valuable items to be kept in the car/ and HHG

f) Company/carrier is not responsible for any Leakage of A/C gas

All Electronic items/computers/washing machines are packed on as is where is basis and company does not accept any liability whatsoever for any

defect/manlfunctioning, if any, at the destination

We do not carry any hazardous and inflammable items like explosives,chemicals,battery,Arms and Ammunuitions,petroleum products,gas cylinders etc and

narcotics,liquor,cash and jewellary items

The company or its agent shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery/loss/damage during transit due to factors beyond our control like Natural

calamities,Strikes,Accidents etc

Transit Risk Converage: Despite our best efforts and intentions, damages may occur to the consigned goods due to the topograph of the country. We therefore,

encourage the customers to avail the FOV booking of the household goods, provided by the company at a nominal charge
