EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This internship report is prepared at “INDIGO BLUES ( A UNIT OF GOKALDAS
EXPORTS LTD)” as a part of curriculum of the MBA program for the duration of 4
weeks provided an opportunity to understand and appreciate the working of an
organization.
The study has been conducted by collecting relevant data from the different sources of
data regarding INDIGO BLUES ( A UNIT OF GOKALDAS EXPORTS LTD) and
also observation which made during the internship work. It provided an opportunity to
learn the implications of Management concepts in the organizations and analyses the
same with the application of the theoretical concepts learnt in the classroom.
The report consists of six chapters as given below,
