Clearances and Confirmations
You need confirmation emails from everyone that is featuring in your video.
Please screenshot these emails including the dates and times they are
agreeing to paste them below.
Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back
up actors, locations and equipment do you have?
If my actors don’t turn up to the shoot on the set date I have arranged, I
have backup actors: my brother, my dad and a few of my friends who have
agreed to help out if needed.
In terms of locations – if the wooded area isn’t available on the day of my
shoot, I can find somewhere else as there is a whole forest next to where I’m
planning to film. If the studio in college isn’t available, I will need to book it for
a different day. My house is always available so that location won’t be an
issue.
If my camera dies and I forgot to bring spare batteries, I will be near my
house and can make a quick trip to get some batteries if needs be.
