DESCRIPTION Ready to Use, Low Build, Slow Drying, Single Pack based
on High Temperature Resistance Silicone Resin

PRINCIPAL High Temperature Resistance Finish for use in new & maintenance of Steel Surfaces
PROPERTIES on Industrial Mufflers, Chimneys, Furnaces/Ovens, Pipes, Boilers, Exhausts, Stills, etc

• For continuous Dry Heat Resistance up to 400C


• Full Properties develop only after baking & reaching operating temperatures
• Bake minimum 45 minutes at 250C to develop full properties
• Will provide temporary corrosion protection after air drying
• Good Weather Resistance & Handling without intermediate baking.
• High Opacity

LIMITATION • Do not expose to Rain, Water or Dew after application


• Contamination can result in Poor Cure or Gel
• Excessive Film Thickness can cause Gassing
• Keep Sealed when not in Use

RECOMMENDED UNDERCOAT Not Recommended

SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS • Substrates should be Dry and Free of any Dirt, Dust or Oily Residues
• Substrate Temperature should be at least 3ºC above Dew Point
• Clean sufficiently by Sandblasting or with Sandpaper

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Stir well before Use


• Ambient Temperature should preferably be above 6°C
• Adequate Ventilation to be maintained during application and curing
• Apply One or Two Coats according to required DFT
