According to the framework of BBA program under IBA, University of Rajshahi, it is


necessary to carry out a 90-days internship as partial fulfillment for the degree of
BBA.

At the very commencement, I would like to thank Almighty for giving me the ability
and strength to complete this report. Then, I would like to take the opportunity to
express my profound gratitude to my respected teacher and Supervisor Prof.
Zeennat Ara Begum PhD, Institute of Business Administration, University of Rajshahi,
for giving me the required guidance and support me in preparing this report
successfully. To be frank, without his cordial cooperation and timely organization it
would not be such easier to complete this report.

I am grateful to Mr. Kazi Mehedi Hasan, Manager of Sonali Bank Ltd. RMCH branch
for providing me all sorts of facilities requested from time to time. Besides, thanks to
all officials whoever have lengthened their hand of cooperation at different phases of
internship and report without any hesitation.
