1. Evaluate ∫𝐶 𝐹̅ . 𝑑𝑟̅ where 𝐹̅ = (𝑥 2 + 𝑦 2 )𝑖 − 2𝑥𝑦 𝑗 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐶 is the rectangle in the 𝑥𝑦 − 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑒

Bounded by 𝑦 = 0, 𝑥 = 𝑎, 𝑦 = 𝑏, 𝑥 = 0.

2. Evaluate ∫𝐶 𝐹̅ . 𝑑𝑟̅ where 𝐹̅ = (3𝑥 2 + 6𝑦)𝑖 − 14𝑦𝑧 𝑗 + 20𝑥𝑧 2 𝑘 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐶 is the straight line

joining the points (0,0,0) 𝑡𝑜 (1,1,1)

3. Evaluate ∫𝐶 [(𝑥 2 − cos ℎ𝑦)𝑑𝑥 + (𝑦 + 𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑥)𝑑𝑦] by Green’s theorem where C is the

rectangle with vertices (0,0), (𝜋, 0), (𝜋, 1), (0,1)

4. Evaluate ∫𝐶 [(−𝑥 2 𝑦𝑑𝑥 + 𝑥𝑦 2 𝑑𝑦 by Green’s theorem where C is the cardioid

5. Evaluate ∫𝐶 [(𝑥 2 + 2𝑦)𝑑𝑥 + (4𝑥 + 𝑦 2 )𝑑𝑦] by Green’s theorem where C is the boundary

Of the region bounded by 𝑦 = 0, 𝑦 = 2𝑥 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑥 + 𝑦 = 3

6. Evaluate ∬𝑆 (𝑦𝑧 𝑑𝑦 𝑑𝑧 + 𝑥𝑧𝑑𝑧𝑑𝑥 + 𝑥𝑦 𝑑𝑥𝑑𝑦) over the surface of the sphere

𝑥 2 + 𝑦 2 + 𝑧 2 = 1 in the positive octant.

rectangular region in the xy-plane bounded by the lines 𝑥 = 0, 𝑥 = 𝑎, 𝑦 = 0, 𝑦 = 𝑏.

9. Use Stoke’s theorem to evaluate ∫𝐶 𝐹̅ . 𝑑𝑟̅ where 𝐹̅ = (𝑥 + 𝑦)𝑖 + (𝑦 + 𝑧)𝑗 − 𝑥 𝑘 and 𝑆 is

the surface of the plane 2𝑥 + 𝑦 + 𝑧 = 2 which is in the first octant.

10. Use Gauss Divergence theorem to evaluate ∬𝑆 𝐹 ̅ . 𝑑𝑠 where 𝐹̅ = 4𝑥𝑧𝑖 − 𝑦 2 𝑗 + 𝑦𝑧 𝑘 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑆
