Black Mist.
A magical black mist surrounds the goblin, manifesting as a
mist that cover the goblin. If a creature hits the goblin with a
melee attack while the goblin have this mist, the creature takes
the same amount of damage.

Black Mist: Blast.


Ranged Weapon Attack:+5, Range 5 ft
Hit: 7 (2d6) necrotic damage
As action the shaman smoke a creature in front of it. The
creature must do a DC 15 Dexterity Save mist deal 2d8
necrotic damage. Next or have disadvantage on their next
attack roll.

Sacrificial Dagger.
Melee Weapon Attack:+7, One target
Hit: 3 (1d6) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) necrotic damage
The shaman carve destruction rune to the target. The target
must make a DC 15 Cons Save every turn or the mark stay.
The mark deals 1d8 necrotic damage each turn.

Soul Extraction.
As an action the shaman kill another goblin with his Sacrificial
Dagger. The living soul will empower the shaman. The
shaman can give the soul to other as a bonus action
