• The Whip Mix VPMmini is designed for mixing all types
of gypsum, plaster and investment material.
• Powerful Vacuum – The vacuum pump quickly creates
a high vacuum.
• Hands Free Mixing – The powerful vacuum allows the

Column and Base Assembly


Instructions
1. Lay the VPMmini control head on its face, with the keypad
side closest to the work surface. See picture at right.

2. Secure the column to the baseplate by orienting the open


side of the column with the flat edge of the baseplate, and
threading 2 hex bolts, with washers, as shown below, then
tightening the bolts with the hex wrench provided.

3. Secure the other end of the column (with the rectangular


cutout) to the head with 4 hex bolts and washers, then
tighten with the hex wrench provided.

Installation on Wall Bracket NOTE: MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS ANCHORED ON

1. Mount the bracket to the wall using four 1/4" bolts,
screws and lock washers.
2. Place the bracket clip on the back and bottom of the
VPMmini with the screw hole facing down.
3. Slide the VPMmini down onto the wall mount bracket.
(Make sure the place the unit is mounted can handle
the weight.)
4. Install the #8-32 nut onto the threaded stud. See the
illustrations below.

Operation
The vacuum mixer is ready for immediate operation after On/Off Button
plugging the power supply cable into the back of the unit.
Press the On/Off button.

Entering Programs
1. Setting the Program number
A. Press the PROG button (Fig. 1).
B. Turn the knob (Fig. 2) to select program number
(Max.= 99).
C. Press the knob (Fig. 2) to set the number.
D. Program number/RPM will flash in top left of screen.

2. Setting the Mixing Time


A. Press the TIME button. (Fig. 3)
B. Turn the knob (Fig. 2) to select the minutes and
seconds (Mins : Secs)
C. Press the knob (Fig. 2) to set the number.

3. Setting the Mixing Speed (RPM) (100 – 500 RPM)


A. Press the RPM button. (Fig. 4)
B. Turn the knob (Fig. 2) to select the RPM
C. Press the knob (Fig. 2) to set the speed (RPM).

4. Storing the Program
A. Press PROG button. (Fig. 1)
B. Press and hold the knob (Fig 2) to lock in the chosen

Troubleshooting
