show your current overall
disability rating and your current
individual disability ratings.

• Navigate to VA.gov.

• Tap “Sign In” in the top righthand corner.

• Choose your preferred sign-in method, sign in, and
authenticate.

After you complete secure sign-in, the “My VA” page

percentage (directly after the text that reads “Your
disability rating”)

6 Great job collecting your list of Disability Ratings! You’re


ready to use our secure uploader to send that to us.
Here’s how:
If you do not already have an email with a red button
for our secure uploader:
• Call us at 1-888-328-1976 and tell the
representative that you need an email with the link
to our secure uploader.
• Follow steps 1-5 below.
If you do have an email with a red button for our
secure uploader:
1. View the email in your inbox.
2. Tap the red button in the email that says,
“Upload my Files.”
3. Find the screenshots you saved.
4. Upload the screenshots to our secure server.
5. Repeat if necessary.
