Company Commitment to Comply with OSH Policy

GREENWOODS MANPOWER SERVICES do hereby commit to comply with the requirements of RA

11058 and DOLE Department Order 198-18(its Implementing Rules and Regulation) and the applicable
provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard(OSHS).

We acknowledge the company’s obligation and responsibilities to provide appropriate funds for
implementing this OSHS program including orientation and trainingof this employees on OSHS,provision
and dissemination of IEC materials on safety and health,provision of Personal Protective
Equipment(PPE)when necessary and other OSHS related requirements and activities,to ensure the
protection for our workers and employees against injuries,illness and death through safe and healthy
working conditions and environment.

We commit to conduct risk assessment as required to prevent workplace accidents as well as comply with
other provisions of this OSHS program.That we are also fully aware of the prnalties and sanction for OSHS
violations as provided for in RA-11058 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Composition and Duties of Safety and Health Committee

The SHC of the company is responsible to plan,develop and implement

OSH policies and programs,monitor and evaluate OSH programs and investigate
all aspect of the work pertaining to the safety and health of all the workers.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OSH
COMMITTEE

The Chairman must ensure that the Management Committee function properly,

that there is full participation during meetings,that all relevant matters are discussed and that
effective decision are made and carried out.

The role of the Secretary is to support the Chair in ensuring the smooth functioning of the
Management Committee.In summary,the Secretary is responsible for; Ensuring meeting are
effectively organized and minuted.Maintaining effective records and administration.

The role of a First Aider is to provide immediate,lifesaving,medical care before the arrival of
further medical help.This could include performing procedures such as;Placing an unconscious
casually into the recovery position.

SAFETY POLICY
It is the policy of Greenwoods manpower services to provide and maintain a Safety and
Health Program consistent with the high quality of productivity in the convenience of our
client and host government.

The commitment of the Safety Program will be firm,aggressive and shall be the responsibility
of all line management to that all operation are performed with the utmost regard for the
safety and health of all personnel under their direction.All levels of supervision shall be
responsible to enforce viable Safety enforcement within their respective areas of
accountability.

It is the responsibility of every employee to support and promote the safety and health process
in order to ensure a safety environment to work.

SAFETY INSPECTION

The Safety Officer conducts safety

inspection on daily basis to ensure compliance with all
regulation.Infraction are corrected immediately by the
Proprietor/Chairman and a documented safety
inspection shall be conducted.The complete form will
be submitted to the management for review/action.

There shall be monthly meeting concerning safety and health by the “Safety and Health
Committee”.The monthly meeting may consider the following;

1.Review of reports of inspection,accident investigation and status of implementation of

safety and health programs.

2.Establishment and review of accident prevention programs.

3.Establishment and review of disaster contingency plans.

4.Establishment and review of status of safety training’s for employees.

An Immediate oral report shall be made for the following incidents
