At the oral examination the commission will assess the knowledge of the following

The admission exam will be taken in: Italian or English

The oral examination will be based on the candidate's motivations, the general
knowledge and research aptitude in animal science (with reference to animal
breeding and genetics, animal feeding and nutrition, welfare and production
systems of beef, dairy, pigs, poultry, rabbits and aquaculture) and food science
Examination topics
(with reference to production, transformation, and assessment of the quality of
animal and plant food products). The research aptitude of the candidate will be
assessed by discussing previous research experiences, including those regarding
the master thesis.
