We are able to supply, coper cathodes free from defects and
technical defects of any Quantity with below
Prouct : Copper Millberry Wire Scraps
Origin : Turkey, USA, UAE
Loading Port : Turkey/ USA/ or UAE
Price : $5,100/MT CIF
Payement : MT 700/760, 100% SBLC, SGS inspection
after loading in port, payment to 48 hours.
BANK : First Class Bank (Preferable), Bank subject to
seller acceptance.
INCOTERMS : CIF Port

INSURANCE : Insurance must be presented to the banks as
the coverage requested in the letter of credit.
FIRST LIFT : We start all contracts with trial of 500 Tons as
a proof of product availability so buyer can
verify quality as required, and manufacturer
prove delivery capacity.
QUANTITY : Delivery 5000 MT x 1 Month x 12 = 60000
MT yearly,
INSPECCION : S.G.S. or similar inspection at loading port
CONTRACT : From top 25 World Bank. Shipments payment
at sight as per commercial invoice against
shipping documents bank-to-bank and
product loaded in vessel.

IMPORTANT NOTE: POP, PICS, VIDEO, WILL BE ISSUED


AFTER SIGNED THE CONTRACT.

PANELTY : If one of the two parties make a cancellation


inopportunity and without justified reasons, a
penalty of zero-zero five , percent (0,05%) of
the total value of this contract will be applied.
therefore, the party at fault will be obliged to
pay this penalty.

BUSINESS PROCEDURE:
1. The Buyer issues an ICPO + Trade Registracion Copy + A/C
Payable Passport Copy
2. Seller issue the FCO
3. Buyer sign and seal the FCO back to seller
2. The seller issues a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for
Signed & Stamp at each page m the SPA.
3. The Buyer returns the SPA signed and sealed at each page via
email in PDF formate.

4. The seller signed and sealed the SPA, jointly with the Proforma
Invoice and sends it to the buyer.
5. The Buyer will Open the Bank Credit account against SPA +
Proforma Invoice & issues us an irrevocable pre-advice bank
to bank non-operative SBLC Draft.
6. Final Banking procedure will be finalized as pe mutual.
Delivery Schedule should be set by bank to bank according to
contract .
7. Shipment terms:
7.1 Terms of shipment CIF excluding cutting and inland
logistics cost.
7.2 Port of Loading:
7.3 Port of discharge: CIF port
7.4 Trans-shipment Allowed
7.5 Partial shipment Allowed
7.6 Shipment date: Within 21-30 days after receiving open
the SBLC
8. Documents:
8.1 Signed commercial invoice in triplicate.
8.2 Full set of three origin als and three non-negotiable
marine bills of lading issued blank endorsed, freight
prepaid.
8.3 Certificate of origin.

8.4 Inspection certificate for quality and quantity /weights at
the loading port .
8.5 Third party documents are acceptable.
8.6 Export permit.
8.7 Assay certificate
8.8 Delivery Terms: CIF have not inland cost.
