percentage of people are housed in the UK: home owners and renters

One the most pivotal features is a sharp variation in the percentage of home owners and renters.
From 2004 to 2009, the percent of home owners is highter than renters. But between 2010 and 2014,
percent of home owners had started to decline significantally and oppersite it was a dramatic boom in
the percent of renters. More specifically, in 2004, the percent of home owners was a lot highter than the
renter (nearly 60% in home owners and 20% in renters), and in 2014, the renter was highter than the
home owner (about 57% in renters and 35% in home owner).

Another dominant thing that stands out in the chart is that there is a resemblance in the rate of
home owners and renters between 2011 and 2012. Take 2011 as a typical example, we can see the rate
between home owners and renters nearly approached each other and it was unchanged in 2012.

The final outsanding point to be counted is that there is a huge discrepancy in the percentage of
home owners and renters between 2005 and 2013. Statistically, the rate of the home owner was far
away from the renter in 2005, but in 2013 it was different for the rate of the renter was highter than the
home owner.
