Station 1
There is a patient and you are asked to do the complete GPE excluding the
lymph nodes, the examiner is observing you and you have to keep telling
him what you are doing.

Station 2
MRI scan had to be done for Patient A and by your mistake you did it for
patient B for whome it was not required. As soon as you realize your
mistake you do the scan of patient A, You also inform patient B that his
scan was normal.
Qs 1. What do you understand from this scenario?
Qs. 2. How would you react to it and how would you make sure to not do
this mistake again?

Station 3
Check the bp of the patient, palpatory and then ausculatatory. Also check
the radial pulse of the patient.

Station 4
You have been on bad terms with the chief resident and you have been
noticing that he has been giving you extra work deliberately. You have a
serious fight with him and he threatens you to expel from the job.
Qs.1 what do you make out of this scenario?
Qs.2. What would you do in this situation?

Station 5

Do CPR, all the basic things, check for safety , check for
unresponsiveness, carotid pulse, start compression and then answer the
realted questions.

Station 6.
you as in intern forget to do an important investigation due to which a
patient missed his surgery, on round the chief resident harshly scold
you.

Same two questions.

station 7
Triage
Your seniors are busy in OT and there are midwife, med student and you.
The cases are patient with abnormal CTG, per vaginal bleeding patient in
ER and a patient who required epidural anesthesia counselling.
You are the leader.

station 8
Your fellow colleague took a picture of a child with cerebral palsy and
posted it on fb, the parents see it and file a complain against the
hospital.
Qs. What do you understand?
Qs. How would you stop it? what measures will you take?

8 stations 7 minutes each
1. U posted a picture of a syndrimic child on fb , the parents are
furious now and want to sue the hospital , what do u think has happened ?
What will you do ? Steps to prevent it ?
2. Triage , you have a midwife and a medical student with you ,lady with
abmormal ctg , a pregnant woman wanting to know about epidural anesthesia
, and a woman who comes in ER with vaginal bleed

3.perform GPE excluding lymphnodes examination

4. U are an intern on duty and u had to get MRI of patient A


Instead you got MRI of patient B and then you took another MRI of patient
A and told Patient B that he doesnr have a brain tumor
What to do now ?how will you prevent this ? Steps to be taken ?

5. Assess radial artery , check BP


6.bls station , viva was alot
7. An intern is facing a tense situation with thr resident for 2 months.
The situation further escalated when the resident asked the intern to
perform an extra call which the intern refused. The resident now
threatened the intern to expel him from the program

What to do ?
8.you are an intern and u forgot to get a lab investigation done on a
patient that led to delaying of his important surgery
What to do ?
Also the resident scolded you very harshely what do u feel about that ?
