No practical skills: It is important to address the issue of practical
skills among graduating students. Many students are entering the
workforce with limited or no practical experience, which can
hinder their ability to perform effectively in real-world job settings.
Industry needs mismatch: The current education system has been
criticized for its emphasis on theoretical language, which may not
always align with the practical language requirements of industries
in the real world. Additionally, the focus on theory often means that
students are not adequately prepared to handle the pressure, work
out tactics, or solve real-world problems and are stuck in the
theoretical environment. This creates a mismatch between real-
world needs and what students can offer.
Desperation for degrees: Some students rely on obtaining
multiple degrees, often from inferior universities, when looking
for a job, resulting in less than commensurate career benefits.

Eligibility: Candidates must have completed 10+2 from any recognized


state or central board with a minimum of 40.-60% marks in board exam

Page 9: On-The-Job Degree Program (MCA)
MCA (Specialization in Full Stack Development) is designed for 2
years

Eligibility criteria for MCA are: Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in


Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed
B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation
Level. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates
belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

During the first to third semesters, our students receive


comprehensive professional training and development to prepare them
for the industry's standards. In the subsequent semester, students
secure a paid internship, providing them with practical exposure to the
corporate world. Upon completion of their internship, students are
placed in jobs in their third year. In the event that students are not able
to secure a job, they will continue their internship with a hiked stipend
and eventually be placed into a job in their sixth semester. Our goal is
to ensure our students are well-prepared for their future careers and
are equipped with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in
their chosen fields.

The traditional education system tends to emphasize theoretical
concepts that may have little real-life relevance, resulting in students
memorizing industry-irrelevant information that does not contribute
to their technical development. At Skillyards, we aim to create not just
IT experts, but also individuals equipped with the necessary resources
to excel in the industry. As the growing demand for developers
continues to outpace the number of available professionals, our goal is
to establish an IT hub by creating skilled IT professionals from scratch
and offering them in-house and industry placement opportunities. We
ensure that every student who passes through our doors receives
practical and relevant training to better communicate their
knowledge effectively. As part of the program curriculum, students in their
second year are offered the opportunity to secure a paid internship as Junior
Developers, which provides hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
Following the completion of the internship, students are well-prepared to enter
the workforce as Junior Developers, equipped with the necessary skills and
experience to excel in their roles. This creates opportunities for students in the
future.

machine manufacturer companies has consistently
demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive revenue growth

she used to show curiosity and interest in the work they did. By only
listening and quietly watching the work, she decided to completely
