Direction: Answer the following questions based on your readings on the previous

1st example: Public University
Inputs
-Equipment, facilities/buildings, technologies, teachers, students, administrators other
school staff, information,school supplies/other necessary supplies, capital and land

Transformation or conversion of process


To be more lenient, the organization should have its management process including the
Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. "Operation Plans and Strategic Plans"

Operation plans
-teaching plans for every specific department, so that all students have the
privilege to choose what tract they want to engage and to be proficient and productive in
it.
- programs and events plan, every department must have each specific goals of
events to further enhance and expose each student in the field to further develop them
to be more efficient and productive students.

Strategy plans
- teachers must have their unique way of teaching their students, having a
unique way of teaching has the tendency of students to adapt and cope in lessons and
activities faster and effectively than usual.
-Departments must offer motivational acts, in a university giving-out beneficial
(Merit) with agenda to those students who excel to their subject be a must. 'With agenda
because the University is encouraging them to keep improving and keep learning.'
Output
Student Achievement (Knowledgeable and Skills; including the technical skill
"technology" , Human Skill "Communication" and Conceptual skill "productive")

Feedback
Become a reliable school in producing proficient workers in different forte. And
people will have utmost respect and faith to the University.

2nd example: Private Organization (sole Proprietorship-milk-tea store)


Inputs
-Equipment, facility, technology, human, information, capital, land and tea-supplies.

Process
Production plan, Delivery plan, advertising plan

Production plan
-The Milk-tea is Flexible according to the customer preference or wants (flavor)
-food nutrient contains
-Well-price and
- unique technique in making the different flavor of milk-tea
-pretty packaging

Delivery plan
-Setting schedule for delivery time
-On-time Delivery

Advertising Plan
- Using varied social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram in promoting
the newly established milktea store.

Output
-Outstanding Milk-tea among its competitors
- well service performance

Outcomes
Satisfied, more loyal and patronator customers. Good feedback
BOTH the public and private need its own input as start of the business/organization
after thoroughly identifying its need then proceeding to process each of the inputs with
the help of the conceptualize plans for production, strategies, technique, skills to create
the outcome or the product of an organization. If the process is successful and all the
resources in the input are maximize and used to its full then we can say that it is
efficient. The feedback will surely satisfy the organization as well as the society.
