Joining Letter (RAG Solution)
Designation -Business Development Executives (BDE)
HR Policies
1. Training Period:-There would be product training for 8 days and your
joining starts after the training period gets completed. Your first eight
days will be an unpaid training in the premises where you will learn
about the business. With subject to accepting Below Terms and
conditions.
2. Probation Period:- 1 year after successful completion of probation
period you will become permanent employee of RAG Solutions.
3. Assets Responsibilities:- Any Asset physical or intellectual i.e Data,
Mobile, Charger, I-card, Laptop, Computer, Earphone etc issued to you
will be your responsibility. And if you lose it amount of the asset will be
deducted from your salary.
4. Salary Cycle:- Salary will be calculated from 1st to 30 th/31st of the month,
will be issued on 15th to 20th of the month. (If Situation arise your salary
can be hold till further notice by the company) your workdays 28 days
and your salary monthly will be calculated according to 28 days. Two
Sundays will be working Sundays.
5. Termination of job:- If you are found doing any illegal activity or not
obliging the conditions mention in this offer letter or based on the
feedback of your supervisor company has all the rights to withdraw this
offer with immediate effect and terminate your job.
6. Target Achievement: - Target achievement is a part of your role as you
are working as a BDE. If you do not achieve your targets then
performance improvement measures can be taken to motivate you to
achieve your target or you can be terminated
7. Target:-
 Your Target is minimum 60 Applications in the month. (1 applications=
INR 500/-)
 If you achieve your target then you will get your salary as mention
12000In words TweleveThousand Rupees Only.
 If you do not achieve your target of 60 applications then you will get
your salary calculated asINR 150/- per application.
7.Notice Period:- In case if you resign you have to give one month notice
period. Without notice period No Full and final will be done and the salary of
the month in which you are resigning will not be given.If you serve notice
period then Full and Final within 30 days from last working day will be
completed.
8. Resignation/ Termination in First Month of Joining:-If you resign from your
job within 1st month of joining or getting terminated due to any reason your
full and final settlement ofthat month will not happen and salary for that
month will not be given. Youwill be considered as an outsider for the company.
9.All disputes are subject of Delhi Jurisdiction only.

I have read and understand this agreement, and I accept and agree to all of its
terms and conditions. I enter into this agreement voluntarily, with full
knowledge of its effect.
