Meeting Notes
There are several types of wastes. All departments have
residues. The bar, the restaurant, the lodge, swimming pool,
office sate, kitchen wastes are most common waste. Untreated
sewage, used water is also an ordinary waste. The company has
accumulated most waste in the culinary department where the
food wastes and leftovers are mostly dumped to the
environment. They are prone to causing harm to environment. It
is an issue to think about, since not all stuff equipped with
the relevant knowledge in solving the problem. Maybe they have
little experience on waste management, but they launch the
appropriate resources towards conservation of the environment
by improving a proper dumping and waste disposal of the
kitchen waste. The staff needs to be educated towards the
skills needed to employ in conserving and recycling all types
of trash come from the company. Coming up with new policies
and formulation of programs there is need of the environment.
A company with better waste management principles and having
conscious waste management programs will enable the company to
connect with the better waste management procedures, and tools
which could benefit the company. Lastly, there is a need of
accessing the areas in the company that accumulate more waste
than others and this will help make the company more
environmentally friendly and active. This makes the stuff

focused on waste management and proper improvement in
