PLEASE, NOTE THE FOLLOWING


Mode of Setting Examination Questions
 All questions were set according to the approved G.E.S Teaching
Syllabus for Basic Schools. We would therefore be pleased if teachers
consult the syllabus.
 The syllabus is divided into three (for first term, second term and third
term) for subjects. This is to enable our valued customers to complete
the syllabus by the end of each academic year.
 First and second term examination questions are based on the first and
second term syllabus respectively. However, during third term, few
questions will be set on first and second term topics.
 To avoid leakages of examination questions, teachers should cooperate
with the centre and the school authorities by using the time table
provided.
 Our centre shall not take kindly with any school that violates this rule
to leak our examination questions. Any school who thinks our time
table will not favour them can opt out.

Mode of conduction the examination


 Teachers should teach the pupils how to use the objective answer
sheets supplied.
 Teachers should teach the pupils how to read and follow the
instructions written at the back of the answer sheets so that it will be
part of them.

Supply of examination materials

The following materials are supplied in addition to the examination questions:


 Answer sheets for all JSS theory and objectives questions.
 Graph sheets should be provided when necessary.
 Marking schemes for all the questions.
 Upper primary pupils will be provided with both objectives and answer
sheets.

 Please, all enrollments must be sent by either text message


(sms) or whatsApp and not verbal.
