MY WEEKLY ROUTINE

On Monday I get up at 4 am, first I pray then I take a bath, after opening my
business, it is a company that produces cakes, puff pastries, biscuits and finally
cookies, we also produce a line of bread in the same way at 6 pm I like to have
breakfast as a family, then I go shopping like eggs, bags, plastics, in other words I
buy what is needed for the business, that's why I return at 12:30 I also really take a
45 minute nap, that is, I'm going to sleep.

Around 2:00 pm I take a shower again I get to work or if I don't go out to deliver the
orders if there are no orders I can organize the merchandise I really like this, to
know what is going to happen in my company. At 4pm I also like to help my son
with homework or reinforcements because of the way I continue to attend the
business or on the other hand my wife goes to the gym so I have to cover some of
these activities, as I love to take my son to play to soccer or to run or ride a bike. I
really enjoy this because it is the time and the space to be with him. His name is
Emmanuel, he is 7 years old.

He enjoys these activities, the most important thing for me is the time to know how
to organize it, then at 7:00pm we return home we have dinner from 7:00 to 7:30 , I
also supervise that everything is fine, I start studying , to work, to check e-mail and
to send work on the other hand, so I try to organize myself so that time surrenders
me. I really go to bed at 11:00 or 12:00 at night every day. On Tuesday I travel to
the towns near Cúcuta towards Puerto Santander, on the other hand I leave at
4:00 am to serve 140 stores as well as at 6:00 pm, then I get home at 7:00 pm, I
usually arrive and rest for half an hour then I start to study until 11:00 or 12:00 pm
Actually, I work in another town myself. I get home at 7:00 p.m. I talk to my son, I
play with him for a while, then I put my son to sleep, before I go to sleep, we pray
with my wife. Besides Thursday I have a pickaxe and a badge, it's also my day off,
I go out with the family or
I try to watch TV with them, a movie, or a different activity. Secondly, on Friday I
get up at the same time I also go out to buy new products for my clients as an
added value, on the other hand I like to look at the market for my products that I
can create on cookies, or cakes . In the afternoon I try to do all the work at the
university, to be free for the weekend. On Saturday I get up the same at 4:00 am in
the same way I go jogging and do exercises, I am also aware of doing these
activities for my health, after this I return home at 7:00 am I give work functions
until noon The most important thing is that the employees finish at 2:00 pm we stop
working, then we relax resting or we go to my uncle Juaquin's farm, this is in
Gramalote, it is 40 minutes from Cucuta, it is very cold. On the other hand, when
we can't go, now we stay home because of the cobi 19 pandemic, or rather we go
to visit our mother-in-law because she lives very close to home. Also, we love
going there because we make junk food, chat and have fun with uncles and
cousins. On Sunday I get up at 5:00 am I prepare to go to church, the service
starts at 7:00 am until 9:00 am, I like to get out of the daily routine outside the daily
routine, especially on Sundays . Secondly we love to go there because we make

then We get home I review the university subjects, I also call my classmates. If
necessary later, I continue to work at the university, in any case in the afternoon
we rest I watch television I listen to music we play bingo, finally I sleep my son I go
to sleep at 8:00pm.
