RENT AGREEMENT
This agreement made and executed at Raipur on this 1st day of September 2022.

property and nobody can disturb or put any obstacle in respect of peaceful utilization

along with the lease rent every month subject to submission of Bill with Service Tax
& Service Tax number by the Lessor. The Lessee can acquire any license as required
