WHEREAS:

and also the covenants contained herein, the lessor agreed to lease out the above

office space to the lessee on a monthly lease payment of Rs. 33,000/- (Rupees Thirty

three thousand Rupees Only) per month out of which rupees Rupees 16,500 shall be

deposited in the account of smt. Mamta Verma and 16500 shall be deposited in the
account of shri Virat verma in accordance with family settlement between smt.

2 That the Lessors assures the Lessee that they are lawful and absolute owner of the
property and nobody can disturb or put any obstacle in respect of peaceful utilization

3. That the lessee shall pay service tax, as applicable, from time to time,
along with the lease rent every month subject to submission of Bill with Service Tax
& Service Tax number by the Lessor. The Lessee can acquire any license as required
statutory for the purpose of business from any govt authority.
