ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMING

The gathering, organizing,

analyzing, interpreting and
presenting of the information
relevant to a design project.
The process of managing
information so that the right kind
of information is available at the
right stage of the design process
and the best possible decisions
can be made in shaping the
outcome of the building designs.

The problem-seeking phase of

the design process.
ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMING

SITE PLANNING

Site planning in landscape architecture and architecture refers to the organizational

stage of the landscape design process. It involves the organization of land use zoning,

access, circulation, privacy, security, shelter, land drainage, and other factors. This

is done by arranging the compositional elements of landform, planting, water, buildings

and paving in site plans.

ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMING

SPACE PROGRAM

Space programming is a primary task during the schematic design process, to produce

a geometric configuration of a space layout that is in accordance with the project's

requirements. By nature, space programming is an iterative process that evolves

according to the client's requirements.

ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMING
UTILITIES PLANNING

Utility planning is beginning with the most optimum operation of existing electrical

facilities and foreseeing the future well enough to provide additional facility to

"guarantee" an adequate supply of a reliable product (electricity) at an acceptable cost.
