Scenario:

You are a university student who has encountered an issue with your course schedule. You need to write an email to
your academic advisor to request assistance in resolving the issue.

Guidelines:

1. Subject Line: Write a clear and specific subject line that summarizes the purpose of the email.
2. Salutation: Address the academic advisor using appropriate titles and their last name (e.g., Dear Dr. Smith,).
3. Introduction: Introduce yourself by mentioning your name, major, and year of study. Briefly explain the purpose of
the email.
4. Body: Clearly describe the issue you are facing with your course schedule. Be specific about the courses involved,
any conflicts, and the reasons behind the issue (e.g., system error, personal reasons, etc.).
5. Proposed Solution: Suggest a solution or request guidance on how to resolve the issue. If you have already tried to
resolve the issue, mention the steps you have taken.
6. Call to Action: Politely request a response or a meeting to discuss the issue further. Provide your availability if you
are requesting a meeting.
7. Closing: End the email with a courteous closing (e.g., Sincerely, Best regards, etc.) followed by your full name,

that you are trying to promote yourself as a good candidate for the job. You should be polite and use formal language and
