Jio marketing strategies have been pivotal in its success story . here are some
key aspects.
Brands of jio:
Advantages and disadvantages of jio strategy:
ADVANTAGES :
Jio has strategically targeted a diverse audience in the Indian market. Initially
focusing on the mass market, jio aimed to democratize data services by
offering affordable plans, thereby reaching a wide range of consumers,
including those in rural and urban areas. Additionally , jio emphasis on digital
services, content, and apps has resonated rell with the youth demographic,
who are avid users of smartphones and consume digital content regularly. By
catering to digital natives and budget-conscious consumers, jio has
successfully positioned itself as a preferred choice for those looking for cost-
effective telecom and data services.
LIMITATIONS OF USERS:
The main limitation faced by jio users, particularly during its early growth
phase, was network congestion and connectivity issues. Due to the
overwhelming demand for its services and the rapid increase in its user base,
jio experienced challenges in maintaining the quality of its network, leading
to slow internet speeds and dropped calls for some users. However, jio has
made significant investments in network infrastructure and technology
upgrades to address these issues and improve the overall user experience .
INTERNET SPEED (VOLTE & LTE):
Volte is a technology that allows voice calls to be made over lte networks .
while volte is primarily for voice calls, it can also impact data speeds. In some
cases , using volte can improve data speeds because it allows for faster
switching between voice and data speeds can vary based on network
conditions and other factors.
LTE MEANING (LONG-TERM EVOLUTION):
Typical LTE speeds can range from 10 mbps to 50 mbps, but they can be
higher under optimal conditions.
