Streamlining Printer Registration (End Of Installation):


Two Paths Based on PrintOS Compatibility
This newsletter simplifies the EOI process by highlighting two options for the
HP Large Format Printers registration, each tailored to their compatibility with
PrintOS:
· Option 1: Printer is compatible with PrintOS.
· Option 2: Printer is not compatible with PrintOS.
Below, you'll discover the specifics for each of the options.

Option 1: Printer is compatible with PrintOS


EOI included in Service Center for
Channel in HP PrintOS MUST be
used.

Download the HP Service Center

Option 2: Printer is not compatible with PrintOS
You must do the EOI on WebEOI:

Step 1 The Printer’s SERIAL NUMBER is now the �Serial number not recognized?

Step 2 When the Serial Number identifies a unique


product, the data is auto-filled.
Exceptionally, the Serial Number might be
associated with other products: select the
correct product number from the list.

Step 3 Once submitted, a confirmation email is


sent to allow you to complete the EOI.
The link to complete the rest of the
information expires after two weeks.
