Comments

In ~80% cases of VGKC antibody- associated syndromes (autoimmune voltage- gated potassium channelopathies) target antigens are LG1 and CASPR2.
Autoantibodies against LGI1 are detected usually in limbic encephalitis (89 - 100%). Autoantibosies against CASPR2 are detected in neuromyopathy and Morvan’s
syndrome (~53%), limbic encephalitis (~37%) and isolated epilepsy (~11%).
