02-Module 2 - The Flow Zone
On a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel? (1 being the worst such as low energy or weakened, and
10 being the best such as feeling great, confident, etc.)
Questions to Consider
1. Have you experienced flow state in the past? If you have, write down any memories that
come to mind. This could be specific feelings, routines, conversations, meetings, etc.
2. Have you seen any patterns in yourself, especially how you feel while trading?
Action step: Identify your pain points. If you understand this simple idea and implement it into
your trading, you will be able to filter out a large portion of your losses.
Step 1: Grab your Rewired journal. Open a blank page. Write down your current Flow
Zone Scale (between 1 to 10)
Step 2: Imagine money is not an object. You have an infinite amount of money in the
bank. You can get whatever you want in the world.
Step 3: Set a 5 min timer on your phone.
Step 4: DO NOT stop writing until the timer is up. Write down ANYTHING that comes
into your mind. Don’t judge it, just write it down. (Example: I’d like to live in a new
house with a swimming pool; I’d like to travel with a private jet; I’d like to have a new
pet; I’d like to have an ultimate romantic relationship with my life partner; I’d like to
manage a million-dollar trading account, etc)
Step 5: After the exercise, re-evaluate your Flow Zone Scale by writing a number
between 1 to 10
