Deed of Rectification
WHEREAS the property was sold by the RECTIFIER in favour of the PURCHASER
herein in and by Agreement for Sale dated 30.03.2021 and registered under No.
BBE-1/ 3424/ 2021 dated 09.04.2021, with the office of the Sub Registrar of
Assurances, Mumbai City-1 (BBE-1), hereinafter referred as the “Principal Deed”.
WHEREAS in the Principal Deed in page number 5 the date and registration No.
of the First Agreement for Sale dated 16.08.2006 is wrongly typed as “Agree-
ment for Sale dated 16.08.2016 registered under BBE-2/ 8009/ 2016” instead of
“Agreement for Sale dated 16.08.2006 registered under BBE-2/ 8010/ 2006”.
WHEREAS this typographical error has come to the knowledge of PURCHASER
and requested the RECTIFIER to rectify the same.
This Deed of Rectification confirms that the Principal Deed shall remain in
full force and effect, except for the changed aforementioned.
That no consideration has been received by the RECTIFIER for executing this
Deed of Rectification.

“Gaurakshak Shrikrishna Co-operative Housing Society” earlier known as Dar-
shan Heights, with one lift parking, Sitaram Poddar Marg, Fanaswadi, Thakur-
wadi, Girgaum, Mumbai- 400002, bearing CTS No. 2234, 2241, situated at Vil-
lage: Bhuleshwar, Registration District: Mumbai.
