Laurence Lesson Plan
I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the session, the students must be able to:
a. identify the point estimator for the population proportion p;
b. compute the point estimator of a population proportion p;
c. discuss the importance of proportions in the reports of survey results.
a) Prayer
(Students will stand up and lead a prayer)
b) Greetings
c) Checking of attendance
d) Classroom Rules

This time, I will be conducting a survey to all of
you.
Now, Plaise raise their hands to those who say no. (20 students will raise their hands)

Given:
X = 22
N = 42
p̂ = 22/42

Now, how about what is the proportion of who (Student B will solve on the board)
responded No.
The proportion for students who say no
Please try and solve it in the board. 20/42= 0.48 or 48%

I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the session, the students must be able to:
a. define what is conflict;
b. identify the sources of conflict;
c. create a steps in managing and solving conflict through role playing.
II. Procedure
A. Motivation
* Ask the students to share a situation where they have been to conflict or misunderstanding to
someone in their daily lives and how solve it.
B. Presentation
* Let the students define conflict in their own idea and discuss the meaning of conflict.
Conflict is the breakdown of a harmonious relationship, arising from a clash of interests. It also
mean disagreement, struggle, and quarrel between people. Conflict is natural in every human

C. Application
Group the students and let them have a role play where conflict exists in a situation and how they are
going to handle and resolve it. It can be conflict between organization, between groups and between
individuals.
IV. Evaluation
Let the students answer the following questions below in a sheet of paper:
*What are the Effects of Conflicts in the Society?
*As a Human Being what can I do to help minimizing conflict in the Society?
