Greetings of peace and prosperity.

I have heard and read the announcement of the division office through DM No. 181, s.
2023 Call for Submission of Documents for vacant position in the official website of
Tandag City Division that the division is now accepting the application for natural
vacancy for teachers from T-III. Thus, I would like to apply in the said vacant position for
teachers in your esteemed division.

I am 26 years of age, single and a resident of Purok Santan, Bongtud, Tandag City,
Surigao del Sur. I had completed thirty-three (33) units of my masters degree of
Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at NEMSU-Main Campus and
applying for my comprehensive examination this semester in the same institution with
the course of Master of English Language Teaching (MaELT).

I am currently connected in Tandag National Science High School (TNSHS) secondary


department since 2019 until today as Teacher I. I am handling English 8, ESP 7, and
Reading and Writing Skills subjects in this institution.

Attached herewith are my personal data sheet and other pertinent documents in support
to my application for Teacher III position for your perusal and ready reference.
