IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

 1. This Admit Card consists of three pages – Page 1 contains the Centre details and Page 2 and 3 contain "Important instructions for candidates". The candidate has to
download, read and understand all the pages. However, only the top sheet (Page 1) containing the personal and test details as well as the Self Declaration (Undertaking) and
signatures of parent/ candidate, is required to be submitted to the invigilator at the exam centre.
2.As soon as Admit Card is downloaded by the candidates, they have to check the details carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of NTA immediately by way of a
mail at SHRESHTA (NETS)-2024 [email protected] stating their Application Number, Roll Number and mobile phone number or contact the NTA Help Desk at 011-40759000, 011-
69227700 between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm
3. Even if a candidate has applied multiple times, he/ she is permitted to appear for the SHRESHTA (NETS)-2024 only against one admit card as per the personal and exam
details given therein and this admit card will only be valid at the time of admission, if eligible.
4. The Admit Card is provisional, subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions as given in the Information Bulletin.
5. The Admit Card is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
6. Request for change of examination centre will not be entertained. If a candidate appears at an examination centre other than the one indicated in his/her Admit Card, his/her
candidature will be cancelled.
7.It is suggested that the candidates verify the location of the examination venue a day in advance so that they do not face anyproblem on the day of examination, in locating the
centre.
8.The candidate must reach the Centre as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at Centre in the AdmitCard.
9. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the Centre after the Gate Closing Time, i.e after 1.30 PM
10. No candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without an Admit Card (only the top sheet containing the personal details and signatures of parent/
candidate), and Valid ID Proof.
11. Candidates are permitted to carry only the following items with them into the examination centre:
a. a) Personal transparent water bottle
b. b) A simple transparent Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black)
c. c) Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in.
d. d) 02 Additional passport size photograph for pasting on the Attendance Sheet
e. e) Original valid ID proof
f. f) Original and valid ID proof. (PAN Card/School ID Card (with Photo)/Passport/ Aaadhar Card (With photograph)/E- Aadhaar/Ration Card/Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo. All other IDs/ Photocopies
of IDs even attested/scanned photographs of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be considered as valid ID Proof.

12. Before reaching the Centre, the candidates must affix the Photograph, affix Left-Hand Thumb Impression and Candidate’s Parent’s signature at the designated places. They
should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is clear and not smudged. The candidate must affix his/her signature, in the presence of the Invigilator in the examination
Room/ Hall, on the day of examination.
13. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings to the Examination Centre as there will be no safekeeping arrangements at the centre and Examination
Officials will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.
14.The following items are prohibited at the exam premises: - (a) Mobile phones or any other communication device including Bluetooth etc. (b) Textual or stationery material
such as a book, paper, formulae, log tables, whitener, slide rule (except blue or black ball point pen) (c) Personal items such as wallet, purse, cap, goggles, jacket, food, drinks,
pointed instruments etc. Candidates must check and ensure that they do not have any of the barred/ prohibited items. If they realize that they are carrying any such item, it
must be handed over immediately to the invigilator. Any infringement of these instructions will invite disciplinary action and withdrawal of candidature. If any other candidate(s)
is using unfair means, please object and report immediately to the invigilator.

15.Candidates will be required to occupy only the seats allotted to them and are not allowed to change their seat in the examination hall.
16. Candidates are advised to listen to the instructions of the Invigilators at the Examination Centre before commencement of the test.
17.The question booklet will be supplied 10(Ten) minutes before the commencement of the examination
18. Candidates are required to check carefully that the question booklet number is printed on the cover page and the question booklet contains the same number of pages as
mentioned on the cover page.
19. In case of any discrepancy in the question booklet, candidates should report the matter to the Invigilator immediately.
20.Candidates are required to mark their answers on the OMR answer sheet, contained within the question booklet. They are not allowed to open the seal of the question
booklet until they are advised to do so by the invigilator. The OMR answer sheet is to be handled carefully without folding or disfiguring it. Only the relevant fields and circles
are to be filled in the OMR answer sheet and no other scribbling or rough work should be carried out on the front or reverse of the OMR. Candidates may use the question
booklet to do the rough work.
21. Candidates are required to fill in their particulars on the OMR Answer Sheet. They should note that any omission/mistake/discrepancy in filling up details on the
OMR Answer Sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number, Question Booklet, OMR responses, etc. will render the answer sheet liable for rejection. Hence the
 candidate should not rush to fill the details and do it carefully. In case the candidate commits an error while filling the OMR answer sheet, the sheet will not be
replaced. The onus of filling in the correct information in relevant fields of the OMR Answer Sheet is solely on the candidates who may consult the Invigilator in
case of doubt.
22.Candidates should darken/ bubble/ shade the circle which represents, in their opinion, the correct answer/most appropriate answer, completely. Darkening of
multiple circles against a question number will render the answer invalid and no marks will be given for such multiple answers. The correct and wrong methods of
darkening the circle on the OMR answer sheet are given below: -

23. There is NO negative mark for a wrong response

24. Candidature for the examination is provisional. Final selection will be subject to performance in the written examination, qualification in medical examination and
verification of original certificates such as proof of Date of Birth, Domicile, Category etc. If discrepancy is found at any stage of the admission process, the
candidate will forfeit his/her seat.
25.No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/ Hall before the end of the examination.
26.On completion of the examination, candidates are required to wait for instructions from the Invigilator and are advised not to get up from their respective seat
until advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out, one at a time, only.
27.On completion of the test, candidates must handover the OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator and take away only the Test Booklet with them. Failure to do so will
be treated as adoption of unfair means and will be dealt with accordingly.
28.No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices.

अभ्यर्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

1. इस प्रवेश पत्रक में पांच पृष्ठ हैं–पृष्ठ 1 में कें द्र से संबंधित विवरण शामिल है और पेज 4 और 5 में " अभ्यर्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश" शामिल हैं ।
अभ्यर्थी को सभी पेज डाउनलोड करना,पढ़ना और समझना है। हालांकि के वल उपर्युक्त प्रपत्र पेज 1 जिसमें व्यक्तिगत और परीक्षा-विवरण -साथ स्व घोषणा के
उत्तरदायित्व पिता या माता अभ्यर्थी - के हस्ताक्षर, परीक्षा कें द्र पर परीक्षा-निरीक्षक को देने हेतु आवश्यक तथ्य शामिल हैं ।
2. जैसे ही अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड किया जाता है, उन्हें विवरण को ध्यान से जांचना चाहिए और यदि कोई विसंगति हो तो, उसे तुरंत
[email protected] पर अपना आवेदन नंबर, रोल नंबर और मोबाईल फोन नंबर बताते हुए एक मेल के माध्यम से NTA के संज्ञान में लाना चाहिए या 011-
40759000, 011-69227700 पर NTA हेल्प डेस्क से,सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 05:00 बजे के बीच संपर्क करना चाहिए।
3. भले ही किसी अभ्यर्थी ने कई बार आवेदन किया हो पर SHRESHTA (NETS)- 2024 के लिए एक आवेदन पत्र जिसमें व्यक्तिगत और परीक्षा विवरण दिए गए हैं
पर के वल एक ही बार उपस्थित होने की अनुमति है । यदि अभ्यर्थी पात्रता रखता है तो , यह आवेदन पत्र के वल प्रवेश के समय ही मान्य होगा ।
4. सूचना विज्ञप्ति में दी गई पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करने वालाप्रवेश पत्र ही अंतिम है।
5. प्रवेश पत्र किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को हस्तांतरित नहीं किया जा सकता है। प्रतिरूपण कानूनी रूप से दंडनीय अपराध है ।
6. परीक्षा कें द्र बदलने के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि कोई परीक्षार्थी अपने प्रवेश पत्र में दर्शाए गए परीक्षा कें द्र के बजाय किसी अन्य परीक्षा
कें द्र पर दिखाई देता है तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
7. अभ्यर्थी को यह सुझाव दिया जाता है कि वे एक दिन पहले ही परीक्षा-स्थल के स्थान का पता लगा लें ताकि परीक्षा के दिन, कें द्र का पता लगाने में किसी भी
समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़े ।
8. अभ्यर्थी को यह सुझावित है कि वे कें द्र पर प्रवेश पत्र में बताये गए रिपोर्टिंग/प्रवेश समय के अनुसार ही पहुंचे।
 9. गेट बंद होने की निर्धारित अवधि के बाद, यानी दोपहर 1.30 बजे के बाद किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को कें द्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
10. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को बिना प्रवेश पत्र के परीक्षा- कें द्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी । ( के वल व्यक्तिगत और परीक्षा-विवरण के साथ-साथ
स्व घोषणा उत्तरदायित्व / पिता या माता अभ्यर्थी के हस्ताक्षर वाले उपर्युक्त वैध आईडी प्रूफ के साथ ही प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी ।)
11. अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा कें द्र में के वल निम्नलिखित वस्तुओं को ही अपने साथ ले जाने की अनुमति है:
a. क) व्यक्तिगत पारदर्शी पानी की बोतल ।
b. ख) पारदर्शी बॉल पॉइंट पेन (ब्लू/ब्लैक) ।
c. ग) NTA की साईट से डाउनलोड करके ( A4 आकार के कागज पर एक स्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट) विधिवत भरा हुआ प्रवेश पत्र ।
d. घ) दो अतिरिक्त पासपोर्ट साइज़ की फोटोग्राफ अटेंडेंस शीट पर चिपकाने के लिए ।
e. ङ) आइडेंटिटीकार्ड (ओरिजिनल) ।
f. च) मूल और वैध आईडी प्रूफ । (पैन कार्ड/स्कू ल आईडी कार्ड (फोटो के साथ) /पासपोर्ट /आधार कार्ड (फोटो के साथ) /ई- आधार/राशन कार्ड/आधार नामांकन नं. फोटो के साथ। अन्य सभी तरह
की आईडी/फोटोकॉपी/यदि सत्यापित/स्कै न भी हो तो मोबाइल फोन में आईडी की तस्वीरों को वैध आईडी प्रूफ नहीं माना जाएगा। ।

12. कें द्र पर पहुंचने से पहले, अभ्यर्थियों को सुपाठ्य लिखावट में स्व घोषणा (उत्तरदायित्व) में आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करना होगा, फोटोग्राफ को संलग्न करना
होगा निर्धारित स्थान पर बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान और अभ्यर्थी के माता-पिता के हस्ताक्षर लगाने होंगे । उन्हें यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उनके बाएं
हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान स्पष्ट हो और धब्बा न लगे । अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा के दिन परीक्षा कक्ष/हॉल में, परीक्षक की उपस्थिति में, अपना हस्ताक्षर दर्ज करना
होगा ।
13. अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा कें द्र में कोई व्यक्तिगत सामान ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है क्योंकि कें द्र और परीक्षा अधिकारियों के पास उनके व्यक्तिगत सामान को
सुरक्षित रखने की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं होगी और वे व्यक्तिगत सामान को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे ।
14. परीक्षा परिसर में निम्नलिखित वस्तुएं निषिद्ध हैं:- (क) मोबाइल फोन या कोई अन्य संचार उपकरण ब्लूटूथ आदि सहित (ख) पाठ्य या स्टेशनरी सामग्री
जैसे कि एक पुस्तक, कागज, सूत्र, लॉग टेबल, व्हाइटनर, स्लाइड नियम (नीले या काले बॉल पेन को छोड़कर) (ग) वॉलेट पर्स, कै प, चश्मे, जैके ट, भोजन, पेय,
नुकीले उपकरण जैसी व्यक्तिगत वस्तुएं आदि । अभ्यर्थियों को जांच करनी चाहिए और यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उनके पास कोई वर्जित/निषिद्ध वस्तु न
हो । अगर उन्हें पता चलता है कि वे ऐसी कोई भी वस्तु लेकर आएं हैं, तो उन्हें इसे तुरंत निरीक्षक को सौंप देना चाहिए। इन निर्देशों का किसी भी तरह से किया
गया उल्लंघन, अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई और उम्मीदवारी वापस लेने का कारण होगा । यदि कोई अन्य अभ्यर्थी अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग कर रहा है, तो
कृ पया निरीक्षक को तुरंत सूचित करें।

15.अभ्यर्थियों को के वल उनके लिए ही आवंटित की गयी सीट पर बैठना होगा । उन्हें परीक्षा हॉल में अपनी सीट बदलने की अनुमति नहीं है।

17. परीक्षा शुरू होने से 10 दस मिनट पहले प्रश्न पुस्तिका दी जाएगी।
18. अभ्यर्थियों के लिए यह ध्यान से जांचना आवश्यक है कि आवरण पृष्ठ पर मुद्रित की गयी प्रश्न पुस्तिका संख्या और प्रश्न पुस्तिका में आवरण पृष्ठ पर
उल्लिखित पृष्ठों की संख्या समान है ।
19. प्रश्न पुस्तिका में किसी भी प्रकार की विसंगति होने पर अभ्यर्थी इस मामले की सूचना तत्काल निरीक्षक को दें।
20. अभ्यर्थियों को प्रश्न पुस्तिका के भीतर निहित OMR उत्तर पुस्तिका पर अपने उत्तर चिह्नित करने होते हैं। उन्हें प्रश्न पुस्तिका की सील तब तक खोलने की
अनुमति नहीं है जब तक कि उन्हें निरीक्षक द्वारा ऐसा करने की सलाह नहीं दी जाती । OMR उत्तर पत्रक को बिना मोड़े या विरूपित किए सावधानी पूर्वक
संभाला जाना है। OMR उत्तर पत्रक में के वल संबंधित फील्ड और सर्क ल ही भरे जाने हैं और OMR के आगे या उसके पृष्ठ भाग पर कोई अन्य अस्पष्ट या
अपूर्ण कार्य नहीं किया जाना चाहिए । अभ्यर्थी अपूर्ण कार्य करने के लिए प्रश्न पुस्तिका का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं ।
21. अभ्यर्थियों के लिए OMR उत्तर पत्रक पर अपना विवरण भरना आवश्यक है। उन्हें यह ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि OMR उत्तर पत्रक पर विवरण भरने में किसी
भी तरह की चूक/गलती/विसंगति, विशेष रूप से रोल नंबर प्रश्न पुस्तिका, OMR प्रतिक्रियाएं आदि के संबंध में, होने पर उत्तर पुस्तिका को अस्वीकृ त किया जा
सकता है। इसलिए अभ्यर्थी को बिना किसी जल्दबाजी के , ध्यान से संबंधित विवरणों को भरना चाहिए । यदि अभ्यर्थी OMR उत्तर पत्रक भरते समय त्रुटि करता
है, तो शीट बदली नहीं जाएगी। OMR उत्तर पत्रक के प्रासंगिक क्षेत्रों में सही जानकारी भरने हेतु अभ्यर्थी जहाँ भी संदेह की स्थिति हो वहां निरीक्षक से परामर्श
कर सकते हैं।
22. अभ्यर्थियों को, जो सही / सबसे उपयुक्त उत्तर हो, उसे OMR उत्तर पत्रक पर darken/ bubble/ shade करे, एक प्रश्न संख्या के पक्ष में कई darken/ bubble/
shade का होना उत्तर को अमान्य कर देंगा और ऐसे उत्तरों के लिए कोई अंक नहीं दिए जाएंगे। OMR उत्तर पत्रक पर सर्क ल को काला करने का सही और गलत
तरीका नीचे दिया गया है:- अपनी प्रतिक्रिया को कै से चिह्नित करें?
 23. गलत प्रतिक्रिया के लिए कोई नकारात्मक अंक नहीं होगा।
24. परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवारी अंतिम है। अंतिम चयन लिखित परीक्षा में प्रदर्शन, मेडिकल जांच में योग्यता और मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के सत्यापन जैसे जन्म तिथि
का प्रमाण, अधिवास, श्रेणी आदि के अधीन होगा । यदि प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में विसंगति पाई जाती है, तो अभ्यर्थी अपनी उम्मीदवारी खो देगा।
25. किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा की समाप्ति से पहले परीक्षा कक्ष हॉल छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं होगी ।
26. परीक्षा पूरी होने पर, अभ्यर्थियों को निरीक्षक से मिले निर्देशों के लिए इंतजार करना होता है और उन्हें यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षक के सलाह देने
तक अपनी- अपनी सीट से उठकर नहीं जाएँ । अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा के दौरान बाहर जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ।
27. परीक्षा पूरी होने पर, अभ्यर्थियों को OMR उत्तर पत्रक और प्रवेश पत्र के वल उपर्युक्त प्रपत्र, जिसमें व्यक्तिगत और परीक्षा -विवरण के साथ स्व घोषणा
(उत्तरदायित्व) और माता/पिता अभ्यर्थी के हस्ताक्षर हैं उसे परीक्षक को सौपना होगा और उन्हें अपने साथ के वल परीक्षण पुस्तिका ले जाने की अनुमति होगी।
ऐसा न करने पर इसे अनुचित साधन अपनाने के रूप में माना जाएगा और तदनुसार संज्ञान लिया जाएगा ।
28. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को किसी भी तरह के अनुचित साधन को अपनाना नहीं चाहिए या किसी अनुचित परीक्षा प्रथाओं में लिप्त नहीं होना चाहिए।
29. अभ्यर्थियों को नियमित रूप से एनटीए वेबसाइट https://nta.ac.in/ और https://exams.nta.ac.in/SHRESHTA/ पर जारी की गई नयी सूचनाओं की जांच करने
की सलाह दी जाती है। उन्हें नवीनतम अद्यतन और SHRESHTA (NETS)-2024 के बारे में जानकारी के लिए पंजीकृ त ई-मेल पते पर मेलबॉक्स की और उनके
पंजीकृ त मोबाइल नंबर में SMS भी जांच करनी चाहिए ।
