TAKE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
1. All clashes resulting from a student’s carry-over courses should be referred to the respective
Departmental Time-Table Officers for possible internal arrangement.
2. Students of other Faculties other than Life Sciences will take their examinations in their
respective Faculties in cooperation with the appropriate Life Sciences Department(s) in-charge of
the course(s).
3. Any omission of course or wrongly indicated course(s) that is/are not applicable should be
urgently reported to the undersigned within one week.
4. Practicals shall hold in laboratories as arranged by the respective Departments.
5. Only students with VALID IDENTITY CARDS will be allowed to take part in the examinations.
6. Students are to come to the exam hall with properly validated COURSE FORMS as evidence that
they registered for the course for which they wish to be examined.
7. No communication/electronic devices (eg. GSM and smart wrist watches) are allowed into the
examination venue as this constitutes examination malpractice.
8. Students should completely avoid Examination Malpractice/ Misconduct. The minimum
punishment for an offender is EXPULSION from the University.
9. Failure to complete and sign malpractice/misconduct forms is a separate offence and attracts
punishment.
10. Students should endeavor to stay clear of temptations, ensuring civility during interactions with
invigilators.
11. Students are reminded that it is incumbent on them to be at examination venue 30 mins before
commencement of the said examination.
