Executive summary

Fruity veggie Leche Flan is a combination of the regular tasteful Leche Flan made with eggs, milk, sugar,
and flavored vanilla extract. We propose the unique taste of leche flan that people of all ages will enjoy.
Our fruity vegetarian Leche Flan has distinct tastes, and the major ingredients are vegetables and fruits
such as ampalaya and malunggay; the fruits are pineapple, papaya, nata de coco, and cherries, all of
which are high in vitamins and highly beneficial for adults and children alike. We’re also confident that
our product is both delicious and healthy. Our leche flan opposes its beneficial sources because it is rich
in vitamins and minerals. Also, the dessert is incorporated with a healthy twist to assure that it has
health benefits and that more consumers will attach themselves to the product to spread a healthy
lifestyle. You’ll be free to choose whether you want veggies or fruits on the leche flan in each dish. Our
first focus is to ensure that our products not only taste excellent and are free of contaminants, but also
appear pleasing and appealing to clients. Our company operates in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, which is a
city focused on the famous delicacy of ice cream. Therefore, our products are part of the delicacies to
offer in San Jose, and due to the many desserts to offer in San Jose, we wanted to be part of making
delicacies by showing something different than usual to the eyes.

Our company goal is to broaden our products and make them well known to many people to
meet the satisfaction of those who really like the desserts and appreciate the products we
offer. Despite the COVID-19 situation, this is the time to get more health-conscious when it
comes to eating healthy foods.

each consumer but also to provide a portion of healthy and safe food for all of our customers.

Our vision is that our brand will be very well known due to its uniqueness and delicious taste. Not only that,
but be the brand that values customer satisfaction at all times. Also, our vision is to be one of the leading
brands of unique Leche Flan companies in the Philippines.

GOALS
 The concept of our product claims innovation and uniqueness, for it has different variants and flavors.
Our main goal is to make our brand known across the country for its unique taste.

 We aim to improve our business and our products even more. As a group, we just have to work together
to make our business successful.

BUSINESS MODEL

Our fruity veggie leche flan business believes that Ampalaya Malunggay and fruity leche flan will appeal
to a wide range of people. People of all ages, from youngsters to adults, will love the delectable delights
and will therefore be included in the target market. The product is not a high-priced commodity; it will
be accessible to individuals of all economic levels. The company’s target market will include visitors, but
many locals will also partake in the joys because it is located in a region with a high tourism rate. All
consumers who just like a sumptuous dessert will adore our unique Leche Flan’s goods. This product will
be able to match the demands of the customers.

The Ampalaya Malunngay Leche Flan consists of the natural flavor of Leche Flan and the processing of
ampalaya and malunggay. The fruity Leche Flan consists of the natural flavor of Leche Flan and the
mixing of different kinds of sweet fruits like pineapple, papaya, nata de coco, and cherries. The glazed
sugar or the top of the fruity leche flan has flakes of malunggay. This fruity leche flan is suitable for any
age who wants the unique and savory flavor of leche flan.

Our fruity veggie Leche flan comes with unique flavors, the main ingredients of these are vegetables and
fruits such as ampalaya, malunggay and different kinds of fruits which we know are rich in vitamins and very
nutritious not only to adults but especially to children. We are also sure that our product is 100% delicious
and clean. Each serving has vegetables or fruits on top of theLechee flan, you decide what variant you want.
Our top priority is to make our products not only taste delicious, and clean, it should also look appealing and
attractive to customers

LOCATION
The proposed target business location of fruity veggie Leche Flan will be held at San Jose-Carmen Road,
San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, along Lupao Rd., and in front of St. Joseph School. Whereas there is an
available stall space there for rent that is accessible for a business to conduct its business operation. As
the start-up of the business, we coordinate with its owner to inquire about the feasible cost and policy
of rental, as well as the agreements.

The location is surrounded by multiple small businesses, and it is along the highway, so we can easily
access our business. People nowadays want to easily locate their businesses and the landmarks of their
location. Therefore, at this location, we can assure the possible familiarity of our business.

MANAGEMENT
Our business adapts the hierarchical structure with the business management, this will be suitable for our
small business to be responsible for the operation and management duties based on the position we have. A
higher position in the organization shall take the whole responsibility to command the operations.

Here are our management team/ duties and responsibilities:

 Manager will be Melani Paulyn Majan, she keeps track of their company’s everyday operations and
his experience of developing operational rules and budgets, she also helps their teams achieve their
strategic goals. A manager that can lead our business and use the satisfaction of the customers and
also, she handle any issues or suggestions the customer.

 Financial Officer will be Reynalyn Cabotaje, would act as financial he experiences to handling money
and also helping to production and booking for delivery and to business needs. She will also help to
manage the operation to maintain the standards the sanitizing procedures and making a product.

 Operational/ Production will be Jesarie Sarmiento, help keep the kitchen organized and run
efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and compliance with food storage
procedures. Make sure the material and finished product are fresh.

 Marketing officer is Michelle Cabico, I see their potential of having a creative mind in terms of
strategies of our product. To ensure that the employees in the department adhere to company
standards, policies, and guidelines and communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’
performance, provide guidance, and support, identify development needs, and manage the
reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager – To oversee employees throughout the day to ensure that they complete their
responsibilities efficiently. Have a wide variety of duties to guarantee that their staff does all of
their tasks on time. These responsibilities include employing employees, adhering to a budget,
and implementing marketing initiatives.

Financial Manager - the duties are evaluating the financial transaction techniques employed, and
assures the maintenance and monitoring of day-to-day payroll and accounting systems. Daily
reporting, generating employee payroll checks, filing corporate tax forms, and maintaining
general ledgers are all common Finance Office activities.

Operation/ production - Food production are in charge of overseeing and monitoring production
as well as personnel and other relevant concerns. As a result, they have a thorough
understanding of the manufacturing goods and procedures. They control process parameters and
their impact on the product on the one hand, and they assure enough staffing and recruiting on
the other.

Marketing officer - The duties of the marketing manager are to market a company, its services,
goods, or brands They create marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, and
manage the marketing department’s employees. They also oversee marketing budgets and
conduct trend analyses.

SALARY

As planned, receive money based on company ownership, as partners, we receive money in the
form of distributions or their share’s Guaranteed payments are separate from profit sharing and
pay them income tax and submit them to your personal tax return.

PERSONNEL
As our organization, we have 4 people, who are given above, who can manage the business. We don’t hire
another person due to this small business to manage throughout the operation. As our plan of the duties
and positions of the 4 persons has given the task day-by-day operation.

Panda and Grab. We can cater to a lot of customers by doing the online selling and offering food

is to provide nutritious, delectable sweets and exceptional service at an affordable price. Additionally,

start-up of our business and resources in terms of financial capital is by sharing our own savings to create
a business. This funding helps businesses meet the possible costs of putting up a business, such as the
