The University would like to confirm that the above named is a full time student of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)
who is required to undertake a specified period of industrial training described above as a compulsory pre-requisite for his
completion of study in Bachelor Degree or Diploma programme at this University.

2. For your information, the objectives of industrial training to UTHM's student is to :


a) Gain exposure directly on engineering, technology and management profession.
b) Give opportunity to communicate and collaborating with professionals from various fields.
c) Gain work experience in a professional organization.
d) Build creativity, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication.
e) Establish and strengthen relationship with professional member.

3. Therefore, it is the hope of our university that your esteemed organisation is able to provide the opportunity for our student to
undertake their industrial training period with your company. All of our students undertaking their industrial placement are covered
by the Syarikat Etika Takaful Malaysia insurance coverage as arranged by the University.

4. We enclose herewith the student’s resume and reply form as attached in Appendix I. Please return the reply form to our office
