If you are unable to make any of the rehearsals or performances, please communicate that as soon
as possible with Mr. Grayson. The sooner you communicate any conflicts, the easier it is to come up
with a plan/resolution. Missing rehearsals/performances is not acceptable and can jeopardize
your status in the BMB. Excused absences are at the discretion of the band directors. Failure to
communicate absences/conflicts 24+ hrs ahead of time will result in the absence being unexcused,
with the exception of major emergencies. Again, please communicate any conflicts to the band
directors, we are here to help you and want to make things work . . .
