The person who is competent in this Course Outcomes shall be able to handle and recognize and identify the technique, tools and
components in compliance with service manual and adhere to workshop practices to meet workshop safety and health regulation. Upon
completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: -
● Carry out material cutting
Vehicle bench fitting is a mechanical job work done using a bench vice to hold the job and the operation with normal manual tools.
The competency includes carry out material cutting, carry out metal reference edge, carry out layout and marking work piece, carry out metal
drilling and tapping, carry out metal surface filling, and perform MIG Welding
The outcome of this competency is to recognize and identify the technique, tools and components in compliance with service manual and
