Text of the project

 The body of a thesis normally consists of sections which are organized as chapters.
 A chapter may be divided into major sections and subsections.
 Main or primary headings within chapters are to be centered while sub-headings are left
justified.
 Tertiary headings are not listed in the Table of Contents.
 The main sections and subsections of a chapter may be identified by numbers where the
former are regarded as being the first level. For example, Sections 2.1 and 2.2 would denote
two consecutive main sections in Chapter 2, and Sections 3.1 and 3.2 would denote two
consecutive main sections in Chapter 3.
 A subsection would be found in a major section of a chapter, and is regarded as the second
level. It should be numbered 2.1.1., 2.1.2., etc. The numbering style should be consistent
throughout the thesis and should be limited to 4 levels.

CHAPTER V
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Title Page
Titles have to be well studied, and to give, so far as its limits permit, definite and concise
indication of what is to come. The title of your project should state your topic exactly in the
smallest possible number of words. Put your name, the name of your college and department,
hosting company, the name of your advisors, and date of delivery under the title.

Abstract
The abstract is a single paragraph not longer than one page, which give to the reader a brief
summary of the project. It needs to show a reasonably informed reader why a particular topic is
important to address and how you will do it. To that end, it needs to show how your work fits
into what is already known about the topic and what new contribution your project will answer,
establish why it is a significant question, show how you are going to answer the question. Do not
put information in the abstract that is not in the main text of your project. Do not put references,
figures, or tables in the abstract.

Background of the study/Introduction

The introduction is the part of the proposal that provides readers with the background
information for project. The following things should be addressed in the introduction:

- Sufficient background information to allow the reader to understand the context and
significance of the question you are trying to address,
- Proper acknowledgement of the previous work on which you are building,
- Sufficient references,
- It should be focused on the project/research question(s)

Problem of the study

Here under this topic you have to address the reason why you are going to do your project, i.e.
the problems that can be solved by the project should be addressed clearly.

Objective of the study

The specific and general objective of the study must be specified in clear and proper way in the
project paper. The general objective is the main aim of the project, for example if your project
title is Design and development of coffee pulpure, “the general objective of the project is in order
to design and develop coffee pulpure so as to improve………….” Whereas the specific objective
of the project addresses the tasks that can be done in order to achieve your general objective.

Methodology of the study

Here under this line the methods that are used to accomplish your specific objectives must be
stated.

Literature Review
A literature review is a description of the literature relevant to a particular field or topic. It must
be organized around and directly related to the research question you are developing.

Design Development/Approaches for problem solving

Here under this topic you have to devise different mechanisms or approaches to overcome the
problem of the project.

Result and discussion

Here under this topic you have to discuss the design parameter of your project and giving
physical meaning and interpretation of your mathematical description.

Conclusion and Recommendations

The project should also include proper conclusions based on the findings of the project. In
addition, at the last the student should give their recommendations.

References
You must give the references to all the information that you obtain from books, papers in the
journals, and other sources. The information you give in the reference list must be enough for
readers to find the books and papers in the library or a database.

- The year of publication
- The title and the edition number.
- The name of the publisher
- The page number for your reference
For example: Cengel, Yunus A. and Boles, Michael A., Thermodynamics, an Engineering
approach, 5th ed., 2005

For an internet reference give in this like:
