In the placement season 2022-23 (started from 1st December), a total of 246 companies from
various sectors participated in the recruitment process.

Total number of students registered – 1425 Total number of students placed – 1112
Total Female students registered – 294 Total Female students placed – 232
Total Male students registered – 1131 Total male students placed- 880
Total number of PPOs offered – 215 Total number of PPOs Accepted – 166
Percentage of male students placed- 77.81% Percentage of female students placed – 78.91%

Number of International Offers – 20

Overall placement across all programmes – 78.04%

Big corporate giants, especially US-based and other MNCs have slowed down on hiring due to the
recession. On the other hand, India-based tech companies/startups have participated actively in the
hiring process. The hiring pattern in core sectors is better as compared to the last year. The education
and finance sectors have seen a rise in the number of hires this year.
