they have. We do encourage you to contact our coordinators as well in
order to make sure we have options for your child! Please share with us
suggestions as well.
7. Students will be encouraged to join in the activities, but should your child
feel overwhelmed or need a moment, please let them know to reach out to
an adult volunteer and we will have a quiet space for them to take a break.
8. Students should not bring computers, game systems, or any external
electronics (phones are the exception) to the event. If any are found, they
will be held in the office and returned when the event is over.
9. Students will be limited to certain areas of the school. Any marked off areas
will be prohibited from students entering. If students cannot abide by these
rules, they may be asked to leave.

The Chinook Blue and Gold Bash party ends at 9pm. All students will need
to be picked at that time. There will be no student sign out. Parents will
only pick up their student(s) at the front door of the school.

As a reminder, students may not exit the building and re-enter the building.
Once a student leaves the building, they will not be allowed back in.

If your student needs special assistance of any sort, please reach out to our
coordinators. We understand that there are circumstances we may not be
aware of and want to create an event that is inclusive and inviting for all our
students.

We will have numerous volunteers to help monitor the event and assist in
creating a wonderful and safe event for your student(s).

We ask that parents relay to their student the conduct that is expected at a
social event that is held on school grounds. By signing the permission form
below, you agree to the standards and rules set forth and will express the
same to your student(s). Please include a phone number below so that a
guardian can be reached should your child need assistance or if we need to
contact you.

Reach out to our Grad planning committee with any questions!
