JOINT MPOC/MADAC RESOLUTION NO.04, SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFTY (POPS)
PLAN FOR CY 2024 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOMINOT, TO BE ENDORSE TO
THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR FUTHER ADOPTION

WHEREAS, DILG MC No. 2015-128, Guidelines on the Formulation of Peace and Order and
Public Safety (POPS) Plan;

WHEREAS, the Municipality Peace and Order Council has formulated the 2024 POPS Plan to
ensure peace and order and public safety in order to safeguard the constituents of this
Municipality;

WHEREAS, the Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan 2024 was presented during the third
quarter of 2023 before the Joint Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-
Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) with a total amount of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand
Pesos (1,800,000.00);

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of PLT Jimmer W. Urot, duly seconded by PB Susana M.

Mainar, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt and approve the Peace and Order and
Public Safety Plan for CY 2024, amounting to one million eight hundred thousand pesos
(PhP1,800,000.00) of the Municipality of Sominot, to be endorsed to the Sangguniang Bayan for
further approval.
