INTRODUCTION
• MCAR 2016 Regulation 31 states that:
1) An organisation may engage in any stage of the-
a) continuing airworthiness management;
b) maintenance of aeronautical product; or
c) maintenance training,
if the organization holds a certificate of approval
issued by the Authority.
