From April 11 to 14, it’s time to get bold!
Is your creative bone tickling?
Is your paint brush dying to get out of the kitchen drawer?
Is your head overflowing with ideas?
Then you’ve come to the right place!

Welcome to the 8th edition of our International Art Contest!

All candidates will get only 5 hours – watch and learn,
Jack Bauer – to produce a painting of fantastic art.
No holds are barred - everything is allowed!
A basic paint set and standard 80 x 100 cm
canvases are provided.
The performances are open to the public, and the finished
artworks will be exhibited during the remaining festival days.
The BIFFF jury will announce the winners during the closing
ceremony on Wednesday, April 17, at 7 PM!

This year marks the 41st edition of the BIFFF make-up

competition, a long-standing tradition that harks all the way
back to the festival's second edition! Now scheduled to take
place over a single day, this event promises a day rich in
intensity, emotion and imaginative surprises!

We invite all make-up enthusiasts to choose from two

categories: with or without prostheses. The thematic
essence remains unchanged: linking genre cinema, fantasy,
imagination, science fiction and horror!

Please note that places are limited! We will be selecting the

most promising projects to take part in our competition.
Although we provide basic make-up materials, we strongly
recommend that participants bring their own. A jury will
select three winners in each category. The awards ceremony
will take place on the “Happenings” stage in our BIFFF
village.

So, are you ready to dazzle us with your creativity?
