Dear All,

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment, We are thrilled to announce some exciting
updates to our leave policy, effective April 1st, 2024.

Our revamped leave policy aims to better accommodate the diverse needs of our team members, recognizing the importance of work-life
balance and celebrating key moments in our personal lives. Here's a brief overview of some of the enhancements:

1. Birthday Leave: We understand the significance of celebrating your special day with loved ones. Starting April 1st, each team
member will be entitled to a paid day off to commemorate their birthday.
2. Marriage Anniversary Leave: Your commitment to both your work and your loved ones is invaluable. Therefore, we're introducing a
paid leave day to honor your marriage anniversary, allowing you to cherish and nurture your relationship.
3. Paternity Leave: Welcoming a new addition to the family is a joyous occasion that requires time and support. In recognition of this,
we're expanding our paternity leave policy to provide adequate time off for new fathers to bond with their newborns and support
their families.
4. Leaves During Probation: We acknowledge that adjusting to a new role within our organization can be challenging. To ease this
transition, team members undergoing the probationary period will now have access to a limited number of additional leave days for
personal reasons, ensuring a smoother integration into our team.
5. Gift a Leave Policy: One of the highlights of our new policy is the introduction of the "Gift a Leave" feature. This innovative initiative
allows team members to gift a day of their accrued leave to a colleague facing exceptional circumstances or in need of extra time
off for personal reasons. It's a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture of support and empathy within our workplace.

These and other enhancements in the new leave policy underscore our dedication to creating a workplace where every team member feels
valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally. We believe that by offering these additional benefits,
we're not only enriching the lives of our team members but also reinforcing our position as an employer of choice and a great place to
work.

New leave policy shall be available for view in Adrenalin by 30th March 2024. Login to adrenalin to know more about detailed
guidelines and procedures regarding the new leave policies. You may write to HR department for clarifications if any.
