Gun Usage

One of the most important concepts is gun usage/safety. You will never use your
firearm on an innocent British Army Personnel and Civilians.

Your firearm is to only be used for "self defense" according to the Manual of
Service Law.

You are not permitted to point your weapon randomly. Also, you do not do any sort
of killing for no reason, otherwise known as "random/team killing".
Daily Scenarios/Situations
As a staff of the British Officer Program you have to face a lot of day to day
situations. This majorly includes trolling, immaturity and lack of professionalism
and abuse of privileges.

You have to be ready all the time to face those situations and continue to stay
professional in these scenarios.

You have to make sure there isn't any mis-management within your event. If you
happen to engage with this act make sure to do these steps below:

If you see an Army Personnel breaking the rules of MSL or ROBLOX's TOS by any way,
do not shoot them down.

Contact an RMP or PATROL Personnel to take action based on the situation, make sure
your evidence is ready to be provided.

If you see guarding personnel struggling to defend the gate, do not try to take
action against the raiders. You can PM more guarding personnel if needed.

If an Army Personnel starts threatening you by pointing their gun at you, shoot
them if needed. Anti-threatening is a form of self defense.

Junior Instructor Knowledge

To become a Junior Instructor, you must pass both BOPSA phases and an examination.

As a Junior Instructor (JI), you can host phases after you get supervised in the
three phases. Don't forget to make sure you post them in the correct channels and
host them correctly.

The British Officer Program is a regiment where we are designed to train the future
officers of the British Army.

We educate the non-commissioned officers and make sure they are well-suited and
prepared for the commissioned officer duty.

During hosting phases, you should never be biased towards an inductee/attendee for
any reason. Immaturity, disrespect, trolling, and unprofessionalism will never be
tolerated at any point.

It is “your” duty as a BOP Staff to host phases for the inductees, so in order to
ensure that, you will be pushed and trained hard.

You might not pass supervisions on the first try, but do not let that make you
think you failed.

Try again and don't make the same mistakes. Grammar will be heavily enforced when
you are in game. Not following rules set by RMP and breaking them will result in
you getting reported.
