Work is done:

This week I assigned a new work but old pattern. I had to fill-up the form which was FDR and
Schemes files. I had to write all the information that was missing. After that, I had to check that
if any file has no information then I had to write it in the slip and attach it with the file by the
stapler. Then I called the customer and told them that they have to give the bank their NID or
picture and also asked when they will come. After that, I also write it on the slip that I called
them and when they will come.

Learning and achievements:

I learned that in every form there should be a Thanks letter, Fatka, and S3. Bank sends the
thanks letter to the customer and they signed it and back it to the bank. Fatka is a kind of
acknowledgement letter.

Observations/Reflections:

On that following behave with a customer is nice and polite. They offer them tea or coffee.
Notable incidents:

On that following week, Thursday was a very pressure day. I saw that the audit came. Before
the audit came they had pressure. As all the forms should be done. For the huge pressure, Miss
Kamrun Nahar treats us Singara. Her behavior was very friendly. From that day we worked as
a team and we succeed.
